Revolutionizing the Health of Organizations and the People Who Lead Them
Where strategy meets healing — and leadership learns to breathe again.
Where strategy meets healing — and leadership learns to breathe again.
We believe that leadership is both a science and an art, grounded in empathy, discipline, and presence. We refer to this approach as Organizational Medicine™: diagnosing fractures, restoring alignment, and enhancing the organizational health of systems. This methodology is essential for roles like the Chief of Staff, who play a pivotal role in fostering a productive work environment.
Our guiding truths include:
- Culture is a climate you can feel.
- Leadership leaves an emotional footprint.
- Stories at work shape lives beyond it.
By applying experience analytics and strategic interventions, we transform how individuals lead, work, and connect—extending from the C-suite to the creative studio and enhancing skills such as Public Speaking.
The Oxygen Theory, developed by Dr. Xavier D. Clark, is inspired by the medical principles of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) — a method that utilizes pressurized oxygen to enhance healing in damaged tissues by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and restoring vitality (Hampson, 2012). Just as oxygen is vital for human life, communication, transparency, and alignment are crucial for organizational health. When an organization’s “airways” — its systems of communication, trust, and leadership — become constricted by fear, burnout, or dysfunction, every process suffers. This is particularly relevant for roles like the Chief of Staff, who can leverage experience analytics to diagnose these blockages. The Oxygen Theory applies the logic of physiological healing to organizational systems: diagnose the blockages, restore circulation, and allow oxygen (truth, clarity, communication) to flow again, facilitating strategic interventions for improved organizational health and effective Public Speaking.
